Tailored financial advice
Would you like a head start when homes are allocated? Then it is important that we know your mortgage is both feasible and affordable. That can give you priority during allocation. So do not wait too long and schedule your appointment in good time. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: orientation meeting via NEXTHome
Schedule a free, no-obligation (online) orientation meeting. You will gain insight into your financing options and monthly payments. A positive outcome (notification: 'feasible') counts towards your application and gives you priority. If you choose NEXTHome, they will process the outcome in the system automatically. Download the NEXTHome intake form, fill it in and email it to info@nexthome.nl.
Option 2: declaration from your own mortgage adviser
Do you already have your own bank or mortgage adviser? Then you can also apply for priority with a declaration from your own mortgage adviser. This feasibility declaration must be issued by a bank or an AFM-certified mortgage adviser and must state at least:
Which new-build project and which house type you want priority for.
Your borrowing capacity (taking into account the energy label and ongoing commitments such as student loans, private lease or other loans, among other things), supplemented where relevant with a bridging loan and/or your own funds, so that your total financial scope is clear.
An explanation of any double monthly housing costs (for example if you currently own or rent a home): how will these costs be paid until your new home is completed?
Email the declaration, signed by your adviser or bank, to info@nexthome.nl. NEXTHome will confirm receipt and your priority position. If the declaration does not cover the points above, or if it raises questions, NEXTHome will contact you.
